All transactions are secured by PayPal service. PayPal account is not required to order.
We ship worldwide from Kyoto (JAPAN) by EMS (Express Mail Service) service
(with tracking number (EMS delivery Status) and insurance).
Or, AirMail service for parcels under 2kg (not available for all countries).

We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit when goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't achieve its proper function.
Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within seven days of the delivery confirmation date.
A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package.
Returns that are sent without our prior acknowledgement will be refused.
